Over the past week the Netherlands Prime Minister has appolgiesed to the nation for lifting the Covid restrictions too early, the results may mean another form of lockdown, which will be hard to enforce as Europe begins its summer holidays. This hasnt deterred the Brithish as they are expected to announce lifting all restrictions from the 19th July.

All of these actions are designed to create a new normal environment, getting the public used to rising numbers of infections but fewer deaths as a result. I consider this a must for kick starting the economy before we head into another winter.

Interestingly the EU is predicting a higher than expected annual GDP growth in 2022 focusing on stimulus packages across the region.
